Hello and welcome to Onyx + Sage! Our self care community is here to help you take your life back and encourage you and start doing the things you love. For me, some of my favorite things to do are painting, drawing, and writing, but after I became a mom I kind of lost my way. I also suffer from a chronic disease called Endometriosis and this is a huge factor in me losing my way.
So, how do we find our way back? This is exactly what Onyx + Sage is here for. You. We are here for you. We want to give you the tips and tricks you need to be present in your life, not on the sidelines watching the days fly by. Our community gathers together every Saturday for Self Care Saturday. We will go live or post a video here on the blog featuring something you can do for yourself. We will be making spa products, journaling, going on hikes, watching videos, and so much more.
